first tier targets our newly-hired technicians with comprehensive three
and four-week academic and practical application programs to include a
focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction. Trainees who
successfully meet Mill-Tel’s strict training standards are provided
company uniforms, cable-specific tools, extension ladder, Smart Phone,
DSAM Meter and all safety-related equipment to include hard-hats,
safety goggles, safety vests, safety belts, and vehicle cones. Once
employed, the second tier targets incumbent technicians to provide
numerous opportunities for training in Broadband Data, Telephony and
ongoing training in safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
