Mill-Tel Inc. is a telecommunications customer service fulfillment company with offices in 7 states.
• We provide skilled labor to telecommunications providers of both residential and commercial products.
• We provide world class installation of analog and digital products to include switched and IP telephony, High speed internet, and in home networking.
• We provide special installation related projects to include customer retention and non pay disconnects System audits, drop replacement and direct sales support.
• We contract with the Primary provider of global lottery terminal and equipment installations.
• We provide commercial Installation services to several National retail companies.

• Mill-Tel Inc’s training programs, which are facilitated by our certified trainers, embrace a two-tiered approach to training. The first tier targets our newly-hired technicians with comprehensive three and four-week academic and practical application programs to include a focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction. Trainees who successfully meet Mill-Tel’s strict training standards are provided company uniforms, cable-specific tools, extension ladder, Smart Phone, DSAM Meter and all safety-related equipment to include hard-hats, safety goggles, safety vests, safety belts, and vehicle cones. Once employed, the second tier targets incumbent technicians to provide numerous opportunities for training in Broadband Data, Telephony and ongoing training in safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Mill-Tel Inc’s expansion into multiple regional markets allows us to “pool” assets thus providing our customers with immediate availability, to a large number of highly skilled technicians to provide exceptional service in the event of work load increases, seasonal demands and Natural disasters.


Mill-Tel is formed as a s-corp based out of Wichita, KS and receives its first contract from Multimedia Cablevision of Kansas (Currently Cox Kansas)
